We are confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from Duramax-Sheds.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from our website, even if you just change your mind, you may return the item in new condition within 30 days for a refund. The packages will need to be in their original boxes and pallet securely packed, if the unit arrived on a pallet. Duramax storage sheds and other Duramax products are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the cost of freight for the returned items.
In order for products to be considered in “new condition,” they must unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please call our support staff at 1-888-510-1627 to initiate an RMA number and refund.
Delivery Inspection / Items Damaged in Shipping
INSPECT IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY! Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment for any visible or obvious damage to the carton(s), crate, or product and not the damage on the carrier’s freight bill.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Note on the bill any discrepancies, even smaller dents or tears on the carton(s) or if the shipment was not delivered on a wooden pallet. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill to exclude your portion of freight claim liability.
DO NOT SIGN the freight bill before any damage is noted.
ANY/ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO US POLYMERS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Please email proof of purchase and pictures of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. For further questions or assistance with your claim, please call US Polymers — 1-800-483-1361.
If you chose to cancel your order within the first 24 hours you can do so free of charge. After that time period elapses, before the shed ships, you’ll be subject to a 10% handling fee. If you cancel or refuse the shipment after the shed has left the warehouse you’ll be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
Returning your item(s)
To ensure the return of your product and speed up the refund process, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Return by Mail or Express Carriers
- Call our Duramax-Sheds.com Customer Support Representatives at: 1-888-510-1627, for assistance. You will be issued a “Return Authorization” number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the return authorization number for your future reference.
- If possible, place the item securely in its original package. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to the returned item.
- Include all paperwork, instructions, parts, and accessories.
- Please make your Return Authorization number visible on your shipping label.
- Keep a copy of the packing slip/return request for your reference.
- Address the package to our return address below.
- If return shipping by U.S. Mail: Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Please do not send your return C.O.D. — we cannot accept it.

Duramax-Sheds.com will process your refund promptly upon receipt of your returned item – within 30 days at the most. Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used to purchase your product. The total refund amount will be the “total unit price” for the item listed on your packing slip.
